BEWARE OF A LASH TECH “Liza” she is extremely unprofessional and will scam you out of your money, she will offer you “packages” that you will pay for in advance and when she doesn’t feel like doing your lashes and you request refund she will turn you away ! Beware she brings down the “lash loft” reputation for sure.

The location on Lash Loft is very elegant and professional. Smell really nice and the staff that were there spoke to me. Great customer services. Now I’ve had the lashes on for a little over 24 hours and I’ve already lost 15 lashes. The lashes are constantly sticking together, makes it very uncomfortable. I have not places any water on my lashes or put any make up on, so there is really no excuse for the lashes to constantly falling out and sticking together. The lash seem very cheap, from looking at other professional lashes people have gotten done. I wouldn’t recommend a friend.

I am in Akron working and haven’t had lashes in a couple of months. I wanted some lashes for my up and coming trips but I don’t know anyone here so naturally I go to Groupon. I found The Lash Loft and decided to go with them since it was close to my hotel. I purchased the FULL SET OF EYELASH EXTENSIONS. When I went to book, there were 3 ladies available and since I’ve never been there, I just picked the first one that was listed, Rebekah. My appointment was at 10 am and I arrived at 9:50 am and the doors were locked. So I waited in my car for her to arrive. I walked in 30 seconds after Rebekah at about 9:58 am and went to the counter. No greeting. She says, “Are you Stephanie?” To which I replied, “ No. I’m Mellissa”. She gave me paperwork that I completed in about 4 minutes, after which I went to use the bathroom because lashes tend to take 1.5-2 hours for a full classic set and I don’t like to stop them once they start. I finish using the ladies room and go to the back to her suite and lie down. She preps me with the gel pads and primer and then starts applying the lashes. Never once even asked what I wanted. So after she appplied a lash I asked what lengths would she be using. Mind you, I am a lashist on the side and I would never not ask my client what look she was interested in. So she tells me that for Groupon lashes, she goes pretty light and lengths are between 8-12 and she won’t go past 12. In my mind I’m thinking “PERFECT” because my go-to look for myself is a cat eye and the longest I’d ever get is a 13! GREAT!! 30 minutes later she is taking the gel pads off and telling me I can open my eyes and sit up!! WHAT?!?! I know for a FACT that she did not just do a full set in 30 minutes. Once I looked in the mirror, I was not satisfied but I didn’t complain or ask any questions. I already knew in my mind that I would never come back. So Rebekah is explaining after care instructions and the whole time her eyes are closed and her face is in her hand. Didn’t open her eyes til she was done. Just wow! I don’t know, maybe she had a migraine…or a hangover!! I went in excited and left with my eyelashes looking like It had been 2 weeks already and it was time for a fill. I gave 1 Star because Rebekah has a soft touch and the 2nd star because she was not rude, but definitely didn’t seem interested to be there today…and it definitely showed! I have 2 months left in Akron and I wouldn’t go back there or advertise to anyone else to go there.

I could hardly open my eyes after application…and when i did i could hardly see for hours…. eyes were were sore for days…they looked good BUT DEFINITELY DID NOT FEEL GOOD!!! I went to another salon after 30 days and she said they applied way to close to my eyelid ….and i had absolutely NO problems with my eyes AT ALL from the new place in mentor…DO NOT GO HERE!!
