Her shop says it is closed on a day I scheduled an appointment. I ended up making a cardiology appointment on the same day, after I misunderstood her misinformation. When I called for clarification and found out the shop was open she stated she would charge me $20 reservation fee, plus half of the lash charge, for which I received nothing. I had to call Chase to keep this person from utilizing my card even after she charged me the $20 deposit. She wanted 50% more for a service she didn’t provide. She is young and likes to fight.
