Outstanding customer service, comfortable environment, and quality work! Okay so I went here after having a bad experience had my lashes removed and got a new hybrid set by Sheila and was absolutely blown away by the outcome! This girl knows what she is doing and is very talented! I am a lash stylist myself so am very particular when it comes to lashes so I am not an easy person to please but she went above and beyond my expectations. Pictures do no justice. Not only do they look great, I had no discomfort or irritation during the service and the after effect is so comfortable. My lashes are as light as my own and I can tell that they will last. This group is amazing and the establishment is so comfortable and cute. Hands down one of the best is the DFW! So glad I found it!

Basically you need to go to Tianna if you want someone who delivers amazing lashes that look beautiful and stay on for a long time. She is THE person to go to in Dallas if you want to buy supplies and is looked up to in her industry and hosts trainings to teach other lash artists her craft from her gorgeously posh store. I’ve been getting lash extensions and lash lifts (like a perm for your lashes) for a couple of years now and I just love going there. Sometimes we gab, sometimes I nap, and I always leave there with gorgeous lashes.

I got to say I found this place online and I decided to give them a call to ask about the cost to get a lash lift, Sarah answered the phone and she was absolutely amazing, super friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.. she was the reason why I decided to give it a shot… I walked in there and I was definitely not disappointed, the owner Tiana was super knowledgeable, professional at the same time so friendly and great to chat with! I can’t even say how amazing my lashes look after Tiana got done with her magic, also my eyebrows thanks to Sarah! My new favorite place, I’d definitely be recommending it to friends and family!

Lash Exchange has the best supplies any lasher needs, carrying all very high quality products. Tianna is so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my questions about all the products, you can tell not only is she passionate about lashes but she definitely cares about the products she sells. Tianna is by far the coolest and most professional lash artist in Dallas. She is the most talented artist and by far the BEST! My real lashes are so healthy and I’ve been getting them done for 7 years now! She always makes sure my natural lashes and lash line are clean before a fill. Clean lashes are the key! Tianna is literally the BEST lash artist ever!! She is a lash goddess. She totally understands your eye shape and what will work the best to also keep your lashes healthy! Where do i even start?! I used to go to another salon realizing my lashes weren’t supposed to look this way. Then i decided to try a different salon when I met Tianna several years ago. She did such a good job and actually took her time. I kept going to her after that when she still worked at another salon. She was so fun, personalable and really good at my Russian volume lashes which i LOVED. I recommended her to my sister and she’s been going to get her lashes done with Tianna too since then! In between the time she opened the Lash Exchange, i followed her because i just couldn’t give her up since there was such talent. When she opened up her business i also told my other friend which she has been going to her since she opened Lash Exchange. Tianna is seriously the sweetest and does not let you leave the salon with anything less than perfect lashes. I recently moved to Houston and refuse to get my lashes done by anyone else lol she also sells really cool Lash accessories for Lash artists!!

I love love love the lash exchange, Tianna is amazing at what she does. If I want super dramatic lashes to more of a classic everyday look she can do both. I always come out looking fabulous! She’s also very reliable and accommodating to your schedule, I’ve never had a last minute cancelation or had to be moved around.
