Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI tried this business out and never went back again. The lash tech that assisted me (Brenda) was sweet and did an amazing job. However , I definitely wouldn’t say the same about the owner Raquel. I was surprised that she acted the way she did towards the people that are supporting her business. She was unprofessional and rude. I loved my lashes but I wouldn’t go back to a place that doesn’t treat their clients with respect. Give her a shot if you’d like ! I tried this business out and never went back again. The lash tech that assisted me (Brenda) was sweet and did an amazing job. However , I definitely wouldn’t say the same about the owner Raquel. I booked an appt with Erika at Raqn Beauty just by chance! I really needed my lashes done and I heard good things about this business so I figured I’d give them a try. I’M SO HAPPY I DID! I absolutely love it here. The vibe is so chilled out and the booking process is super easy. The girls that work here are so wonderful! They’re always on time and the office is very clean. You can tell they take pride in what they do! I feel like family because they ask about my family and they remember little things that let you know they’re listening to you. I’ve been going there now and see Brenda for lashes, brows snd now facials. I had Erika as my technician and she was the absolute sweetest person ever and we had great conversation while she gave me the best lash extensions of my life so far!!!! I’m SO in love with them.
