10/10 Highly Recommend! Sylvia is the absolute BEST! She has been doing my lashes for nearly 5 years. Any concerns or issues that I have ever had were handled promptly and professionally! Recently I had a death in the family and was unable to keep my appointment due to the funeral time. She went out of her way and opened her shop up early to accommodate my needs! Her lashes last several days longer than other artists that I have used in the past. Her Boutique is clean and professional and I will never go anywhere else!

I’ve been going to Sylvia for almost 4 or 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed! When talking to people about eyelash extensions, I ALWAYS recommend her because I noticed hers last way longer and they’re amazing quality. Not to mention she’s so so sweet and the building is so cute. I’ve also been to see Jaylynn/Katelynn there for fill in’s and they did amazing as well 🙂 10/10 do recommend

The Lash Boutique is a beautifully decorated shop. It is very clean. The furniture in the waiting area is cozy but just wait until you sit in the recliners while they are doing your lashes/brows, oh my gosh. If I didn’t have so much coffee, I would have fallen asleep in the recliners. 🙂 I definitely recommend this shop if you are looking to get lash/brow services.

Sylvia is the best lash technician I’ve had since I started wearing lash extensions, it’s been around 3+ years now. The studio is very clean, cozy, and the environment is really professional. They are very welcoming and detailed when servicing their customers. You’ll definitely leave feeling more beautiful and relaxed than when you came in. I live in Avon and it’s worth the 1 1/2 drive to Muncie!!!!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I got my lashes done just under 2 weeks ago with Sylvia and I decided to go to a friend of mine who is a lash tech to have them removed. It took her over 2 HOURS just to remove my lashes as they were glued to my actual eyelid. If I had kept these lashes any longer, my pours would get clogged and swell my eyes shut. Thankfully my friend is completely certified so she was able to removed them safely with little damage. 10/10 do not recommend. I would also like to add that when I called the boutique to speak with Sylvia about my concerns, she was very unprofessional as she was not interested in hearing about those concerns. I was spoken too very poorly and was made to feel like my concerns weren’t valid because “she knows her own work and she would never do that”
