Place was clean, tech was nice but, owner called and explained to me that since my eyebrows weren’t already shaped that is why I didn’t like the outcome of my brow tinting. I’ve had eyebrow tinting and shaping was always included. So, it was disappointing to have 2 separate shaped brows (that I was living with) but it was even worse to have the owner call and inform me that it was my fault

Appt at 1:00 for full set and it took 4 HOURS!!! I had fallen asleep and was out of it when I woke up and looked at them and thought they were good despite the longevity of the appointment. I went out of town for the following week and lashes have been falling everyday…I mean SEVERAL PER DAY. VERY disappointed.

Service: Microblading! Wanted to add definition and volume to my brows. Deanna is extremely professional and explained every step. The process can be uncomfortable but not too painful. She makes several passes so there are breaks in between. She applies numbing cream with her hands (yes she washed her hands in the sink located in the room where the procedure occurs). She then dons gloves to perform the procedure.
