Everyone at the Laser Room is so nice and friendly. So knowledgeable about their products and services. I’ve been to other med spas and they just don’t compare. The space is gorgeous. I wouldn’t trust anyone else but Paula for injections. She really takes the time to determine exactly what is needed and where. Pictures are always taken. I received a Dysport treatment today for the first time by Paula. The entire experience was phenomenal! The clinic is very cute and clean. I had some anxiety about getting Dysport as I have had a phobia of needles my entire life. Paula let me come in a half hour early to use numbing cream because I believed it would ease my anxiety. The numbing cream didn’t do much, but I am extremely grateful that she allowed me to try it. During the procedure, Paula was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable, communicated each move she made, & was very knowledgeable. The procedure was nowhere near as painful as I thought it would be. I am excited to go back in a few weeks for a follow up! I would highly recommend The Laser Room & Paula!
