As a first time client, unsure what I would expect, I was blown away by the exceptional customer service and attention to detail that I received from Rosie. She was very professional and asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly the style and color I wanted. This second session I had was to make my hair silver and I have to say the finished look came out better than I could’ve imagined!
