To Jacob, the barber shop wasn’t even open at the time you gave this bad review. Barber was in a bad accident and was closed for several weeks. Apologies if you were in at a different time and wasn’t pleased with your cut. You should of spoke up and said so. We care about the results everyone’s haircut. That’s why we’ve been in business for 25 yrs.

In my defense I would like to say that I have been in business for 20 yrs in Boyne City and have many many happy customers! otherwise i don’t think I would be in business that long! yes, I smoke! BUT, if I do I use hand sanitizer before every single customer and breath spray! Now for the terrible haircut you say you recieved, I turn every single customer around without fail and say: how is that? EVERY ONE! All of my customers know that. So if you did not like your cut you should have told me you did not like it when I asked you and I could of done whatever it was you did not like and changed it! That is why i always ask! I never would have charged you for it if you would have told me your feelings, but instead you come on here to try to harm my business? I do not want anyone leaving my shop displeased with their haircut, I try my best to give the best haircut to all of my clients, and for you to come on here after one haircut and say these bad things is not fair, but I see you do that often to business’. words can destroy someone’s lively hood in a very short time. but Sir I am more than happy to refund your money if you stop by. Please do so! I have moved my business to 211 1/2 S. Lake st. Boyne City. I needed more space due to how busy I am. :)))))) with happy customers.
