First, I schedule an appointment only to get a text saying she wasn’t available at that time. I asked her if the time wasn’t available why not block it off? I give it a second chance and schedule a new appointment. I had a change in my day so I came in earlier than the appointment. She says she can do it but she’s running way over on the appointment in her chair. She has one scheduled for later but that person was running late. I wait about half an hour. She does my eyebrows. Doesn’t ask how I want them shaped or anything. She then puts brow powder on without asking. I have extremely sensitive skin and say no anytime someone asks to put brow powder on me. I don’t wear makeup. They looked fine in the shop. I get home and wipe the powder off. It’s the most crooked, uneven brow job I’ve ever had. Lots of stray hairs left. Even the trim was uneven. I could have done a better job myself. I also wouldn’t have had to listen to her late appointment cursing like a sailor (literally every other word was f*** or s***). I have to find someone to fix this now. The photos below are the very next day. It was unprofessional. I won’t be back.
