Yooooo! When I tell you the Knotty Spot is a whole VIBE, please believe me!!! The customer service, professionalism and atmosphere is Electric! One of the highlights for me was the massage chairs at the shampoo bowl! Babbbbbby! when I tell you that felt SO Good and it made me feel like the Queen that I am – It DID!! ! Taja was my loctician. This lady is very skilled, gifted,passionate and and she did an Awesome job on my locs. The other locticians were welcoming and passionate as well! I’ll definitely be going back!! I Highly Recommend the Knotty Spot & I give them 10 STARS!!!!!

My stylist that I had the appointment with didn’t arrive until closer to 9:15am. I was a little worried about how my experience was going to be but trust me be that became a thing in the back of my mind! I received dreadlock exstentions they looked exactly how I expected!! She did a great consultation with me months in advance and sent a reminder email and text about my upcoming appointment. She was made sure she achieved my desired color before installment. Although I had a two hr drive to her location I was very pleased with my service and would definitely go back for another appointment.
