I came in for an appointment with Rachael for a balayage/highlight. First of all, she was about an hour late and had a big story to explain why she was late. She was switching between me and another client because of her being late so the appointment took an abnormal amount of time and she was very disorganized. She even had another stylist help her while juggling both of us. On top of that she was pressuring me to tell my mother to get an appointment with her because she claimed to know how to deal with coloring her specific hair type and that the other stylist did not. Over all just very uncomfortable experience. She charged me $195 for Horrid hair and she absolutely bleach blonded my hair which is not what I asked for at all, I even showed her multiple picture examples. I then had to go spend another $150 getting it fixed because I did not feel comfortable letting her try to fix it. I got in touch with the manager to get a refund from Rachael and she was extremely helpful, however did not have the authority to give me a refund because of the way the salon works.

Positive: QualityLee Ann is the best! She was able to give me a last minute appointment on a Sunday to “repair” a very bad cut that I received the day before at a different salon. She was so sweet and gracious. She was able to fix my hair and I am very happy with the cut she gave me. I will be going back for repeat appointments. I found my new stylist/colorist!! I love this salon! Jaime J my stylist was amazing and took extra care and attention to my hair type! She asked probing questions to ensure I was getting the style I wanted and she gave me a knock put hair cut! She is very accommodating and the absolute best! Love! The salon has a great open vibe and the other stylists are terrific!

Maranda is amazing. I had a Balayage ,haircut, hair conditioning done. First time coloring my hair and it came out perfect. I feel so vain because I cannot stop looking at my reflection. Maranda made me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had. Maranda curled/waved my hair to get the full effect.
