Critical: CommunicationCalled back on October 2nd to schedule for a prenatal massage as I was in my third trimester and wanted a massage done before I went into labor. Told the lady on the phone I was pregnant and interested in a prenatal massage. She scheduled me for my prenatal massage on October 30th. I come in for my appointment just to be turned away because the guy they had me scheduled with wasn’t certified in prenatal massages. Which I understand, but what I don’t understand is how I was even scheduled with him then, when I explained on the phone in my initial phone call that I was pregnant and looking for a prenatal massage. I was even called the day prior to my appointment to confirm it.
