Terry Johnson the man all way to the left does not know how to listen. He wouldn’t t even pay attention to what he was doing and just kept talking to the other barbers and friends. I told him just the sides and edges and he ends up cutting off the hair the hangs over my forehead, he took off close to 3 inches mind you I have curly hair. I had stopped him as soon as I noticed but it was already too late. I will not show up there again.

Hector is our barber and he’s amazing. The other staff were friendly, too. Had to wait almost an hour even with an appt. This was tough on my son as he has special needs and was already antsy about being there with the noise. However, when he got on the chair, Hector did a great job accommodating him.

Im not rating my haircut because its not relevant to the review. So I got a haircut from Tony and upon arrival in the store I couldn’t locate my card to pay. So I asked if they would accept Google pay and tony didnt repond but one of the other barbers mentioned they could use cash app. After my haircut I preceeded to pay with the cash app. Tony immediately became frustrated and asked why didn’t I ask him If I could use the app, one of the other barbers mentioned i did but he wasnt listening. I tried to use the app but it wouldnt work tony was irate and aggressive, I tried to be patient , another barber walked out I think to get his phone so I could pay him instead and as I followed him spotted my card on the ground. I used it to pay and tipped 10 dollars even but tony was still aggressive and angry. I’m only leaving a 5 star review because everyone else in the shop was extremely helpful professional and as I watched them cut hair, did outstanding jobs, go here just don’t deal with Tony.

Scheduled an appointment online for 3 pm. The online scheduling was easy to use and I had no issue with it. When I arrived, I was welcomed to a friendly atmosphere. I had to wait a few minutes extra for Richard to finish up the customer ahead of me, but everyone was very nice and hospitable, so that wasn’t a big deal. Richard did a great job with my hair cut and bead trim. I will definitely be coming back again.
