I was hesitant to give her name because I don’t want people to take her from me but, AVA is PHENOMENAL! She makes sure you are satisfied every step of the way! On top of that she is super sweet and had me laughing the whole time! I can’t say enough good things about her, she has my business FOREVER and I will definitely be coming back and requesting her! She is very detailed and you can tell she cares about her work and making sure you are satisfied! She made a good first impression on me and I will recommend her to everyone I know. Very poor service, rushed through my pedicure and also didn’t use clean scrubber to scrub my heels, and didn’t even get all the dead skin off. This is literally the worst experience ever and I hope this review helps someone else. I would take your money elsewhere.

I made an appointment at noon on Thursday for dips, gel pedi and brow wax. I got there and they did not have me down for all 3 services. They were at max capacity. My nails are mediocre and pedicure below average. I am at my wits end trying to find a decent ENGLISH speaking salon. If they do understand English…they act like they don’t. The guy doing my feet started with the cheese grater on my feet and nothing was coming off. It’s been 6 weeks so I know what needs to happen in this part of the process. I tried to tell him that he needed a new one because that one isn’t working. I believe those things need to be replaced after a while. The guy said nothing and got up and switched places with another guy. I know I could have complained and they would have worked on me until they closed…but after 3 hours…I’m tired and upset and just want out of there. My toenails are uneven. My feet are still rough as sandpaper. I even had to clip the sharp hangnail on my big toe because of the pain it was causing. Nope…I don’t recommend this place.
