Great SPA and great customer service. Rani is an expert on skin care. She is very attentive and the most important part, she personally calls and checks up on her clients regarding their skincare. I have had a peel and microderm and I can tell that my skin is making major progress. My skin is not where I would love for it to be right now. However, I’m sure when Rani gets done, I will be walking around make-up free. Love this spa!

I came into the office wanting to diminish the look of my post acne scars (hyperpigmentation) from a decade of failed attempts at home. I was recommended to trying the Perfect Derma Peel as well as a few post-peel products to use. I saw a dramatic difference after the first peel and I was sure that I wanted to do another. I am very pleased with the results and also the kindness and professionalism of the women that work in the office. The procedure is done very quickly and with a great deal of concern and cleanliness. This is my first time doing any kind of professional grade procedures and I am very pleased. I will continue to come to the K Spa even after my scars have been diminished completely. Thank you to everyone in the office and especially to Rani and her expertise!

I recently went and did The Perfect Derma Peel at Kalos Plastic Surgery and I must say it was an overall great experience! The esthetician was AMAZING! and very thorough. Upon entering I was greeted by her, she advised that I would need to fill out paperwork etc. Once that was completed I was taken to the back where the procedure was done. She explained the entire step and also showed me a video of the procedure been done. My skin was prep, then the peel was applied I felt mild sensation the first layer but went away within seconds; it was a really comfortable experience. After I was given post instructions and I bought products which she recommended to add to my at home routine to help with my hyperpigmentation. The first two days my skin was normal by day 3 to 5 I peeled the most then it tapered off as the days went by. My skin is doing great and I get alot of compliments on my skin. I will definitely be back to try their other esthetic services. P.S the esthetician was very knowledgeable and recommended doing a series to help reach my skincare goal.

When I first came to kalos Dr. Stong gave me a consultation and seemed very interested in my concerns and what i was trying to achieve.I was assigned to Ronnie my new aestheticism who is so very well informed about skin care. It amazed me how much I didn’t know. The ladies there are just as nice as they are beautiful. The equipment and products are not only top notch but the most recent advancements in the industry. I have a lot of acne scarring (hyperpigmentation) from years of picking at my skin and neglecting it. I got a micro-needling procedure done and will be returning for follow-up chemical peel treatments. The aesthetician I had was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and explained everything in-depth. She applied a generous amount of numbing cream to my face, so it was not painful at all (coming from someone who has an extremely low pain tolerance) – all I could feel was a slight pressure. She sent me home with a tinted sunscreen and “pigment control cream” (hydroquinone 4%). It’s only been a few days, but I already see results. The hydroquinone leaves a slight red pigment on my skin from the irritation (not painful/noticeable), but nothing that the tinted sunscreen doesn’t balance out. I was in and out in an hour or so and able to go about my day regularly after that (while making sure I stayed out of the sun).
