Love this place! Super professional, clean, they use prime products and Miss Diana is amazing with designs, new techniques and 2 hours faster than my old nail salon my nails usually last up to 5 weeks.

I asked for almond shaped nails and this is the shape that I left with. I called 24 hours later to get them fixed but had some schedule issues and could not coincide with a good time. I was texting Nikita at K bar about it the entire time. Then she says to fix them it will be a $30 charge since it’s was 7 days later. I was communicating with them the whole time. I do not want a new refill, they are too thick and I understand it’s because I didn’t get a new set. I just wanted the shape fixed but they kept trying to charge me $30 and after I told them that was my first time there they implied I’ve been there before based on their points. No reason to lie about something like that. First and last time ever going to this nail salon. Pedicure was up to par though but service and empathy’s towards the situation was not.

I have been coming here for a year!! When my nails were messed up from previous nail techs this place healed my nails and made them more healthy then ever!!! Customer Service is always excellent and I am always welcomed !! This place treats me like family!! Conversation are always always welcoming and warm feeling❤️❤️ The salon is always clean and the nail techs know exactly what they are doing and what I love!! I’ve never had a bad experience with this salon I would recommend 10x over and over!! I told my daughter about this place and she lives an hour away and she travels because it’s an experience that you pay for not just a service!! Highly recommend The Nail Bar ❤️❤️
