We’ve tried many places to get my 2 year olds hair cut, Alicia was awesome with him! She tried to calm him down before the cut, he had an absolute meltdown the entire time. She was very professional and tried to talk him down the whole time, while still cutting his hair. We will definitely be returning! Haircut

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in to get my hair lightened to a blond/strawberry blonde color. The first look I got at my hair, it was DARK red hair. Way too dark for my skin tone. The stylist decided to lighten it up/soften the color by doing some foils. She put the foils in and then took off to do a child’s haircut. I sat there and waited and waited and waited. She came back after much too long to finally and rinsed out the foils. My 17 yo son could have done better. Now I have the ugly deep red with CHUNKS of white streaks that are not blended. Getting ready to leave asks if I at least liked my haircut. What haircut. She says she just swept my hair away. There was no questions about lengths or the layers I need. I can’t even type anymore. I am just sick to my stomach. I will be going to a real, high end salon to get everything fixed. Too bad hubby wouldn’t let me go high end first.
