What an amazing experience! Ja’Nisha made me feel so special and took time to understand my needs. I am undergoing chemotherapy so I have specific needs for my skin. Ja’ Nisha listened to my concerns and talked to me about which products were best for me at this time. When I left my skin felt so soft and a week later my skin is still glowing. Ja’Nisha was very personable and I could tell she was knowledgeable and passionate about her craft! Her location was clean and she showed compassion on all of my areas of worry. Likewise, she took her time throughout the whole facial process and explained what she was doing! After my facial, she continued to answer questions I had via text and offered support. I am a very detailed oriented person and it was truly helpful that she sent me a daily regimen checklist. This ensures that I am continuing proper treatment while utilizing the correct suite of Vivant products! I will definitely be back on a regular basis for Ja’Nisha to continue my treatment.
