I’ve been her customer for years because I LOVE her cuts and recently followed her to her new Salon and it was an AMAZING experience!! Beautifully decorated and more than professionally equipped, stylish, comfortable, relaxing & clean. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI wish there was a -0 because it’s not worth a star . I went to do my hair had a 4pm appointment she stated at 5:30 she. I ask for my hair to stay the length she cut it so short. I ask for a color I pick out the color didn’t not even come close when she was finish all over my face on the top my ears & neck was full of color. I had to go to work looking like a clown & spent mothers day at home . I will not go back here even If it’s the last salon in Waterbury. She has her granddaughter running around screaming. I have kids but when I go to a salon/spa/or a massage therapist I expect to be relax not feel like I’m at home with my kids .I wish there was a -0 because it’s not worth a star .
