I do not recommend going to this place unless you want to be scammed. I went to get a relaxing facial with my husband and was talked to the whole time about buying products or $1,000 packages. Jessica kept showing me skin products the entire time after I repeatly said I was uninterested. The final step of the facial she said she was going to put a oil & lotion on my face I said, “okay “as my eyes had been covered. While my husband and I were checking out she had charged my card $209 for facial products that she opened. I repeatedly said I did not want anything else but the facial and was beyond upset I was being charged for the “ lotion and oil “ as she said was the last step she was doing and since she opened products she was trying to sell aftrr repeatly saying I was uninterested … it the customer (me) who has to pay for it ? Insane. I do not recommend this place unless you want to get harassed about buying products the entire time or being charged for the employees mistakes. Highly disappointing.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE! When I booked the appointment, staff demanded my Groupon # and charged for the service, even though I hadn’t come yet. Today was my appointment. Unfortunately, there was a major traffic event, so I knew I would be there at 2:03 for a 2:00 appointment. I called three times, no one answered the phone, so I left messages. I arrived at 2:01, and there was no one there. Eventually someone popped out of a treatment room and told me to sit and wait. At 2:15, I made noise and was again told to wait. When I said I had other appointments after this and I could not wait, suddenly three people appeared and began yelling at me. A facial is not only the service, but the mental relaxation. There is nothing soothing from angry people who ignore you, then yell at you. With so many options, GO ANY WHERE ELSE!!

It was my first time there this past Saturday. I must admit the facial was great. The woman who did it really did great with the extraction. It felt like she took out all the black heads and clogged pores of mine. She put about five different products or Mask in my face. I also got a massage which was mediocre. I wasn’t please with the massage as much as the facial. They currently have a promotion where you purchase a gift card in order to receive the discounted price on their services. Their services are currently around the 100s price range so definitely take advantage of this promotion. It may not be a luxurious place but it is clean.

I loved it the entire experience was so great. I was super tense in my back, so i got the deep tissue massage. Once she began she sensed my back was tense so she recommended the cupping which was a beautiful feature I loved it and afterwards I’m not tense anymore. 10/10 would recommend!

I purchased a Groupon for a couples massage and facial. Making the appointment was pretty easy. However, as soon as you check in, you’re told to pay taxes $8. Further, you’re told that although Groupon says you can purchase the same deal 3 times, the store only accepts the Groupon for the first time and will not honor it again.

I had a bad experience with this place. First of all, they didn’t complete the full one hour massage I had. I had a sweedish massage but it didn’t feel like one. All they did was basically put oil on my body. I payed to have a nice relaxing massage. I do not recommend.
