Got my hair cut in a bob yesterday. Washed and blew my hair dry this morning. Left side is longer than the other. I called the shop and told the person that answered the phone my problem. Was told both stylists were doing color. She was searching the appointment book for an opening. I guess neither one had time for me. I told the person just never mind. My feeling on this is: it would have only taken less than 5 minutes to correct the problem and they would have had a happy customer. I already paid and tipped the stylist, so I guess I had no priority at all. This was my first and last time there and they lost a customer.

Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Mikah is SO sweet and good at what she does! I wanted to get my Mom’s hair done for her 60th birthday and she went out of her way to stay late to do her hair on a Saturday. It turned out amazing! Highly recommend going to the Jem!
