Critical: Professionalism, QualityPlease avoid this business and Hannah. Hannah has been dying my hair for months and I always have dyed skin and ruined shirts from said dye. On my most recent trip, I asked Hannah for very light wispy bangs. I was told, “No. Since you have black hair it will look like you have three strands of hair.” Not quite sure what the color of my hair has to do with bangs. She then touched up my roots with black hair dye, and stained my face and neck. When I asked her to remove the dye from my skin with stain remover, I was told, “Oh I can’t find it but it’s okay since we’re giving you bangs.” Hannah then cut my bangs. They were not wispy AT ALL, crooked, and just overall looked awful. I was so upset with the service I was given that I went back to the salon to talk to someone. I showed the two women at the front desk a picture of my hair and they both audibly gasped and covered their mouths. They agreed that it looked awful. Hannah never even apologized to me. Her “apology” was, “Well I’m sorry that YOU don’t like your hair.” The salon’s solution to my horrendous hair was to have Hannah fix my bangs and to get a free haircut from Hannah. Why would I want to go back to the woman that ruined my hair in the first place? If you do go to this salon, please avoid Hannah. I have an allergy to coconut which makes it very difficult to find hair products to use on my hair. Mary and Chris were phenomenal. Mary went out of her way to find Shampoo and Conditioner that was safe for me. Chris was amazing from start to finish. He really took time to learn what I wanted and did a great job in achieving that. I walked out of there feeling wonderful. I visited the salon for the first time today and was very impressed with the entire experience. I have an allergy to coconut which makes it very difficult to find hair products to use on my hair. Mary and Chris were phenomenal. Mary went out of her way to find Shampoo and Conditioner that was safe for me. Chris was amazing from start to finish. He really took time to learn what I wanted and did a great job in achieving that. I walked out of there feeling wonderful. It was worth every penny.
