Worse experience. My sister had gone there for her highlights and keratin treatment. She clearly told her stylist andriana that she wants to do highlights and keratin treatment both. Stylist even explained her everything about keratin and the stylist told that it will be $150 including highlights and keratin treatment. On the day of the appointment, the stylist did highlights on her hair first and then keratin treatment later. Then at the time of paying she told that it is $350. As she was feeling good about hair, she ignored and payed $350. After keratin, she told to wash hair after a week. So she washed her hair after a week and her hair gone back to curly. Its like she only straighten her hair ..and her hair got very rough after that. She payed for keratin treatment. And she didn’t even do that. She called her stylist that day and told her what happened to her hair. And the stylist told her that she is not qualified for keratin treatment. And thats absurd. There is not a thing like qualifying for keratin treatment. And if there is, she should have tell her before. And when she asked to do keratin treatment on her hair or giving her money back. The stylist can have money for the highlights but she wanted her money back of which she took of doing keratin, as she didn’t do it. But instead of doing that, the stylist andriana harassed my sister that she wont do anything now. And that filthy stylist threatened that if she commented on her or wrote her review on google she will make my sisters business go down and make it look bad. And her boss jackye told me the same thing that she will make my business go down. And thats clearly not right. Andriana can’t threatened anyone like that. You can look at the picture i attached below of hair when the stylist did her hair and second pic of her after a week, when she washed her hair. You can even see the stylist there in the picture. So unprofessional.
