After waiting 6 months to see the dermatologist I finally had my appointment today with Kimberly Preston. When I got to the clinic there was literally no one else there. Once I got to see the doctor it seemed as though she was in the biggest rush to get me out of the clinic, not bothering to ask me about any other problems I’ve been having and she did not offer to examine any parts of my skin other than my scalp and face. She did not make me feel like a person, rather just an obstacle of her day. I highly recommend going somewhere else for dermatology if you want to be treated like a human.

Buckley Parker is amazing. I have always had “doctor anxiety” and he makes every visit so laid back and comfortable. The staff has been amazing to work with and really showed so much kindness and compassion during my 6 month treatment. I don’t like having blood drawn, but they always make sure I’m comfortable and have truly made my experience as painless as possible.

I made an appointment 1.5month in advance because that’s all they had open.. and a lady calls me the day before to tell me that they no longer had a dermatologist at the Jackson clinic.. not even a “hey I know this lady” she isn’t with us but she is great! Go and see her Monday at 2pm she is great, I’ll tell her to expect you! Nothing… nada.. a long wait and no happy ending

Very disappointed and the lack of anyone trying to help me show me what this place doesn’t care about people. I went to Levy dermatology and in one day dealing with this crisis for almost 6 years. I am on a healing process where these people failed miserably. Wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody.

Takes FOREVER to work through the phone menu/protocol to even get an appointment which takes MONTHS to get, and when you are finally there, you get maybe 5 or 10 minutes of rushed apathetic attention. I hoped things had changed since my last appointment, but no…. looking for a new dermatologist.
