Always a great experience. Its clean which is so nice when walking into a salon. Everyone is friendly and so welcoming and every stylist is so nice and caring they all really care about your hair and want the best outcome and to make you happy. The people who work at this place just turned away my 7 year old son from using their public restroom. “Clients only.” If you’d let a kid wet their pants because they’re not paying for one of your overpriced haircuts today, you deserve a special place in Hell. Critical: QualityMy first experience here I ended up with extremely choppy uneven layers in my hair that looked horrendous and then the second time I tried to give them another chance I tried to ask for face framing bangs and they were completely uneven, way too short, and not at all what I asked for. Have gone here twice now to get my regrowth done, im naturally dark brown but im blonde now… Jen did in incredible job fixing my roots, went above and beyond to make me comfortable when my scalp started to sting a little bit (typical for bleaching) and did a great job, would recommend for everyone, all the girls here are super nice and polite… This salon has my business for life ❤
