Missy did my nose piercing and did a great job. She was friendly and I had a lot of fun chatting with everyone in the shop! I had an issue with it healing (not her fault!) and I contacted her with questions which she answered promptly and her advice helped it heal properly!

Let’s talk about the issue with walk in only piercing… I called to see if the piercer is available ahead of time. The shop tells me, “Yes.” I drive an hour to be met with a sign on the door that indicates the piercer has left. The young man inside says the piercer left a half hour ago. I don’t have the time or gas money to be making 2 hour round trips for kicks and giggles. If there was an option to schedule an appointment… someone might have called me to say, “ Hey, stop driving.” Instead, I left with a lukewarm, “ I’m sorry.” I love Missy, and I’m sure she had a good reason to leave, but this shop is too far away to pop in on the off chance she might be there. I would only return if I could set a scheduled appointment time.
