I have only praises for The iLash Lounge. I have been a happy customer for over 5 years and have not been disappointed. I love how natural my lashes look, most don’t believe me when I say I get my lashes done. I have research other “accredited” lash establishments and her prices are much more reasonable. Cynita saved my lashes!!! The first time I went to her I loved them. The second time I got my lashes done I had to go to someone else at a different place because of a schedule conflict. That was a bad idea. The first day they were put on they were already falling off. So I emailed cynita and she came through squeezing me in for an appt. The ilash lounge is the only place I will ever go to get my eyelashes done I’ve been coming here for the past 5 years and I get a nice nap everytime she is very gentle, professional, clean and my lashes always look amazing! Cynita is the best!! Don’t go to the nail salons that offer eyelash extensions they will glue your eyelids and they do not use the correct products! You can NOT go wrong at the ilash lounge!!

I went to Cynita for about a year. Initially I had no issues. Nothing but good things to say. I initially gave her 5 stars. However, as time went on I found that she cancelled appointments with little or no notice and she didn’t keep to a schedule. The last time I went she told me that she was running behind and didn’t know when she would get to me. She got angry when I left and wouldn’t receive my calls. This after I paid and tipped her every time (usually $90 a visit!). I supported her when she sold things and I encouraged her as a young female entrepreneur. I liked her and the lashes a lot. So when she fired me I was hurt. After years of getting lash extensions I now know that she’s very overpriced. I get volume extensions now. Beautiful. Movie star glam. $70 per fill. Cynita is the most expensive person I have been to and the lashes were mediocre. She put on relatively few lash extensions and charged a mint. She fired me. That’s a strange way to do business. I don’t recommend her. Thankfully more lash places have opened in the area.

The ILash Lounge seemed just like what I was looking for. Cynita had great reviews and I was excited to try her out. I arrived for my appointment about 15 minutes early and went in the building about 5 minutes before my appointment. The closed sign was out, but I was early, so I sat down and waited for Cynita to arrive. I waited for 15 minutes past my appointment time and nobody ever showed up. When I emailed Cynita to let her know I couldn’t wait on her any longer, she claimed to have left her bag in the car and said she went back out to get it and we “must have missed each other”. If that’s a true statement, she was at least 15 minutes late for my new client appointment. Not impressed!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!!! I love the flirty look. I have gotten lots of compliments. The office is convenient to my home. They have great evening hours. The prices are reasonable for the great look you want to achieve. Its been about two weeks and my lashes still look new..dont hate!! I will be back!
