Made an appointment for a haircut at 11am last Thursday (5/12). Received a confirmation. Even received a reminder the day before my appointment. The shop is supposed to open at 10am. I arrive at 10:50am for my 11am appointment and…..the shop is CLOSED! Lights are off, no one is inside, no note, NOTHING. W.T.F.?! I guess that they don’t need the business?? And to make a bad situation worse, I received an email from booksy saying that I missed my appointment! I went to another shop down the street and was VERY happy with the service that I received there. Needless to say, I will never patronize the House of Handsome Barbershop. And neither will anyone that I know. No thanks.
