I further my hair journey with the most beautiful Malaysian hair extensions.It has been three years and I go nowhere else. No matter what. I come all the way from Jersey every two weeks. And I have now begun to bring my 10 yr old daughter; who sees Henry as the Hair God that he is.You will receive nothing more than the best experience and welcoming feeling when you walk into the house of dolls.Henry is an amazing stylist, person and he is true to who he is. The staff from the front desk to the washing station is friendly, warm and caring. You come here to unwind and leave looking like a movie star.From his craft, to the salon’s vibe; to the coffee and the music; it is the only place to style and get your hair extensions.I have had extensions prior to knowing about Henry and no one compares. My experience with all the staff at House of Dolls by Henry is nothing more than beyond exceptional. You are not just a client but you are a part of the Dolls Family.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI asked Henry for a brown balayage with layers and styled waterfall curls. I was charged $800 for this horrific job done. I was there from 10:00am – 8:00pm mostly waiting on Henry who had chaos of clients all at once. More attention was given to clients who were well known rather than those who arrived first. Also with de tangling they are very impatient and RIP your hair from the scalp. David cut my hair, he was extremely inexperienced and chopped my hair literally in two minutes. Layers are done a layer at a time not chopped and blandly. The bleach was left too long causing my hair to dry and break. NEVER AGAIN. This salon thrives off of a celebrity type clientele that spends an absurd amount of money to have their hair BURNT, WEAVED AND CURLED to cover up damages. This is not a business that prides themselves in their actual craft, they don’t care about the customers requests obviously as you can see from their previous reviews. Please consider getting your hair done with people who love what they do and not how much money they make. Besides the horrible service with handling a women’s most prized possession, it is an extremely unprofessional team to communicate what the client disliked about the service.
