Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in on Saturday morning at around 9am for my appointment. I wanted SNS powder manicure and spa gel pedicure. The other salon where I was going to did my base powder wrong, so Isabella did fix it, but after she was done with the base she started putting gel color on my powdered nails. I asked her why she is putting gel color when I asked for SNS powder? No other place did this. She replied that gel is what you’re supposed to do. Didn’t make any sense to me. As you can see from the pictures below, the gel started peeling right away. I started dressing today and just the movement of putting my bra on caused the gel color of my right thumb to peel away, so easily! And my right toe is inflamed, I didn’t get much sleep the night before because of the pain. It’s oozing blood and pus on the inner most side of my big toe. My husband bought me lidocaine which has been helping a lot but overall, this experience is one of my worst nail salon experiences. The pricing is affordable but not worth it for the poor quality of work. We’ve had issues with this place before (my mom has had similar pedicure experiences as myself, where they accidentally hurt you, like 4-5 times in the past) but we’ve always gave them a second chance. I went in on Saturday morning at around 9am for my appointment. I wanted SNS powder manicure and spa gel pedicure. The other salon where I was going to did my base powder wrong, so Isabella did fix it, but after she was done with the base she started putting gel color on my powdered nails.
