Kendole is absolutely the best! From her professionalism and to the quality of her work, I highly recommend her! Our most recent experience came this past week where she installed a flawless traditional sewin for my daughter who was graduating from HS. She was beautiful and received many compliments on her hair! She also completed a wig install for me that was beautifully done. We have booked with Kendole several times and she does not disappoint!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityAs a business owner myself, I’m appalled by the unprofessionalism the stylist Kendole put on display this past Friday. Our 17-year old graduating daughter wanted to get a sew-in closure, but since the last two stylist have been mediocre, my wife decided to search on Style Seat for a local salon and based off the reviews this was “the” salon to go with. However, after booking the appointment, it was all downhill from there.We pre-paid for the appointment in full via Zelle to show good faith since my daughter was a new client and scheduled the appointment for 2pm. Then, 2-3 hours before the appointment, my wife got a text from Kendole asking her to go out of our way and pickup the hair from her home in Arlington and drive all the way back to the salon which is located in North Richland Hills and were told that we’d receive a $25 discount for going out of our way, which didn’t happen. Then, 6pm rolls around (4 hrs past the appt time) and she still hadn’t even started on our daughter’s hair nor even had the common courtesy to inform us or my daughter about the brutal wait time as if our time doesn’t matter. It was a little over 4 hrs after the 2pm appt time when she decided to call my wife with an excuse as to why it’s taking so long…our daughter didn’t get home until 10:30pm!Then, here’s the real kicker. Although we pre-paid in full via Zelle, we were also charged in full again via the Style Seat app. When we contacted her to request a refund for the amount we were overcharged, she simply refused and stated “that’s the price and it was discounted already”.Nonetheless, we’ve taken the necessary steps to retrieve the money that was overcharged, so be careful if you decide to spend money with her…..Also, I’m pretty sure she only has 5-star reviews on Style Seat because she definitely hid my wife’s 1-star review.
