Emily was FANTASTIC. I hadn’t cut my hair since the beginning of COVID and it was a mess. I get married in less than a week and obviously needed to do something about it. I’ve never had long hair before and she really took care of me! She not only trimmed my hair beautifully but also held conversation well and had a great sense of humor. She recommended products to use for my thick, curly and unruly hair Now I look fabulous! She also did my soon to be wife’s hair and she was stoked about the results too! Went in with virgin hair almost to my waist. Asked for balayage with lob. Had a negative experience with the stylist and left before the service was complete. The owner, Heather, reached out and did whatever it took to fix my hair. I left with my hair looking like the inspiration photo. First time that has ever happened. I came in here for the first time last week and saw a gal named Jeanine who is amazing! I have dark brown hair but I dye it blond. I’ve been to other places and it always seems to turn out brassy but Jeanine was able to bleach and tone it and it turned out exactly how I wanted! I’m so pleased with the work she did, I definitely recommend her.

I cut and color my mom’s hair myself I just copy cuts from youtube. I recently broke my arm so I can’t. I decided to try this place thinking they must be good at their prices. I gave Rachelle a detailed note to trim it and do her roots anything dark, purple, punk, something young. When I picked her up she looked like an old man! It was an ugly flat brown with greyish tips and flat to her head with something that felt like shellac I couldn’t even get a brush through it! I had to wash it, scrub off an inch of dye left all around her hairline, cut, and style it all with my broken arm! I paid her $110 so I wouldn’t have to.
