I first visited the Hidden Beauty Bar in 2017. Melissa did my hair and was amazing. When she left I went to another salon. More recently, in the summer of 2021, I decided to go back as I had opened my business in the same building. I will first say that Kendra and Morgan are amazing stylists and super personable. They do great work and I hope they continued to succeed in their craft. However, I will not be returning.

Patricia does a really good job on dip powder painted on my nails! Always files them exactly like I want them. Just moved here in January and she is the only person who I will let do my nails. Highly recommend her at The Hidden Beauty Bar!

Horrible place. What’s worse, THE OWNER (ERIN) was the one who did the damage to my wife’s hair! She was more worried about GOSSIP & talking down on others then focusing on her client & what she’s being trusted to do! I sent my wife to this salon to get her hair done as a anniversary gift thinking I was doing something good! Unfortunately my wife came home in TEARS instead. What a MISTAKE… ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PLACE! Do not recommend it at all!!!!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!

I love this salon!! Lauren is amazing at what she does and she’s always professional. I’ve been getting lash extensions for over a year that are perfectly placed and look amazing. I’ve had waxing, teeth whitening, facials, and spray tanning as well!! You won’t be disappointed by visiting this salon!!

You will never find a better place that will make sure your hair is done right. You can trust everyone in that salon and they will make sure that you are happy. It is so hard to find people that do that good believe me I’m from Naples. Holly and her staff are all very great polite enjoy fall and love their job. Just make you give them a 20% tip at least because you will be very happy.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityLucero is very unprofessional. My wife had appointment for wedding hair and make up. My wife was on time, however Lucero was 15 minutes late getting started, then after only 5 minutes of work, proceeds to say oh sorry i have another client i am trying to finish, so she stops. Starts to work on another persons hair, stsning there chit chatting, not caring at all that she is making someone late to a wedding. So essentially we sst do NOT use this salon but certainly do NOT use Lucero. You can not trust them to be professional. Does not matter how far in advance you book your appointment.
