Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m a simple guy and I get a very simple haircut. I’m very busy and hate complications. Rachel is the best thing that has happened to the haircut side of my life. She gets me what I need without creating more complications in my life. I book online, she approves the appointment, I come in, she cuts my hair, we share some stories and laughs, I pay and get the hell out of there. I can’t demand it to be any simpler and customer friendly if I wanted to. Yes you need be masked up to get your haircut. She has to do it due to state level regulations. If you can’t do the basics of respecting the rules and endangering her lively hood due to your personal “freedumbs” then you should do all of us a favor and go somewhere else. If you can follow the rules of basic decency and mutual respect, I can’t recommend Rachel enough. She’s a highlight in my life and definitely could be in yours. Critical: ProfessionalismRachel is a good barber, but her scheduling system STINKS! All electronic scheduling. Once you book on line it then has to “accept” your appointment. So you put it on your calendar, and go on with life expecting an “accept appointment” email or text that never comes. So you don’t actually have an appointment. You just think you do! So you put it on your calendar, and go on with life expecting an “accept appointment” email or text that never comes. So you don’t actually have an appointment. You just think you do!
