If you want relaxation or have an issue going on in your body, her massage techniques have always been my elixir for health and feeling better while and after I’m on her massage table! Ellie with a gentle nonjudgmental but direct approach helped me come up with realistic goals and provided encouragement along the way. I was so grateful to be in a loving safe space where I could really let go and surrender to the healing process.. her massages aren’t just relaxing/de-stress, they definitely have a healing, deeply restorative energy. I felt like every part of my body was attended to and held.. I also really appreciated the emphases on breathing and breath guidance.. in addition to the singing bowl at the end of the session. I actually felt more energized afterwards, which was perfect because I had a music gig scheduled for that night. I left my session with a major improvement in my neck and well on my way to healing but a much greater understanding of the holistic approach for long term health.
