Rochelle is the best around! I have been in her chair for nearly 10 years and have recommended her to many friends who have also become faithful clients over the years. She is a master at hair color, whether it’s all over, balayage, highlights, or accent coloring. And she is amazing at listening to what I want and translating it into a great haircut.
