The employees, including the receptionist, are rude and do not care for their customers kindly. I made an appointment a week prior to my visit when I went in they said they didn’t have me on the book, yes I did confirm my appointment through the phone with the receptionist. Then she processed to argue with me and bully me. I felt very unsafe. I have went here before for a wax brow the guy was again telling me off. No I was not mean or unkind myself in these visits. It’s the people. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI hadn’t had my hair cut in years. I told Kaylee I wanted the length below my shoulders but layered and blend with my bangs. Within those guidelines she could surprise me. She did AWESOME!!! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks!

I am so disappointed with my hair cut! Now I have to seek another stylist to correct my ugly cut. I’m so disappointed in the poor service I got. My cut is tolyally uneven around my ear part and my cut on my lateral side of my head is shorter than my back. Looks gross! I just thought I would get a great cut since it was close to 5 start in service. I TOTALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE!

During this time of COVID-19, you have to call and let them know when you arrive because they keep the door locked. I requested an appointment for a haircut and I was able to get in the next day. They take the time to understand what you want and ask questions if they are not sure. The price for a men’s haircut is pretty reasonable and they do a good job.

I enjoyed my appointment very much, I got a trim and balayage done to my hair by MaKaila, who was very hepful. She did an excellent job and made me feel right at home with her sense of humor and kind attitude. This shop is clean and the staff is very professional. The location is slightly hard to find as it’s tucked away without a big sign but it’s well worth your time

I love coming here. I haven’t tried the hair salon or nail salon but I’m sure it’s great. But I come here to get massages. The staff are always so welcoming & patient with me. I love the fact that the masseuse gives an option of talking/no talking during my session. The relaxing environment is so invigorating. I choose this place because thry were voted as one of the best businesses to visit in Farmington via The Daily Times.
