J Rachelle has been expertly managing my head for at least a year now. She has been the only person to actually look at my hair and actively provide the solutions I was looking for, I have a rather difficult cowlick that had yet to be tamed. On top of having a rather large dome, and hair that does not like to be styled. Additionally, she is brave enough to actually give me a real styling recommendation when I asked for one, and showed me how to do it. Could not be happier with the service, and hospitality she provides. Very easy to talk to, and have a friendly and open conversation with. I have recommended her to everyone I know that wants their hair to look good, and will continue to do so.
