At the moment I’d give no stars, but you have to. Very disappointed! If you’re too busy to take a loyal clients appt. request say so! I made an appt. And was told the owner would apply my color and do my usual baliage blonde with the board like my regular stylist. The owner turned my hair bright orange! I was told to keep using shimmerlights!!! Now I have to have a full color correction! My daughter had a baby so I started going to the salon till she wasn’t so busy with her new son, now she will have to do a complete color correction on me as the owner pulled it down through my hair with the head of a comb as well after putting the root color on in a way I’ve never seen anyone do it before! Are they certified colorists there? I asked first time and was told yes! My daughter is certified as a colorist and specializes in color correction! I’ve got a few friends who are also unhappy with their color and foils as of late. Price isn’t always the best way to go! I was happy when I started going there about a year ago. I only had 1 person do my hair following what my daughter had been doing. I can’t believe I have orange hair right in the holiday season!
