I’m a new client. Referred to by a long time customer. I only went in this time to get a touch up. I shave the back, side’s and the underneath of my hair. It had gotten really grown in and I needed a quick fix!! I met Holly and she was lovely!! Great personality and great communication throughout my touch up!! Fabulous customer service! I discussed with her what I would like to do with my hair at the end of the summer and we got it straightened out. So I look forward to coming back and seeing her again. The pic says it all. Essentially the trim I got looks like this if I part my hair differently than how it was when it was cut. It wasn’t noticeable when I got it done. Clearly long hair trims weren’t her forte. I fixed it a little myself but am kicking myself for not going to a higher end salon. The two stars are bc the girl who did my hair was so extremely nice and friendly. At the end of the day though, the professionalism wasn’t there. Very sad as I moved here a few months back and was hoping to make this my regular salon.

I’ve been coming to The Hairs Inn for almost two years now and can’t say enough good things. The location is super cute. Everyone who works there is friendly and accommodating. Briona is my favorite. She’s so talented with hair color and makeup application. I always leave happy after an appointment with her. She’s also really fun to have conversations about makeup with. Seriously, go see her!
