Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had a appointment scheduled to get a trim done, when I got my hair shampooed and conditioned. The young girl, not sure of her name. Didn’t even put the shampoo/conditioner all through my hair, Didn’t rub it in, the water was hot and it was bad experience. But I decided to continue, and go on. After Linda trimmed my hair, I was not happy with overall look of my hair. I asked if my hair could be shampooed/conditioned which she did, but I still did not like how my hair looked. I walked out of there with my hair looking worst then what it did when I came in. Linda tried her best to fix my hair and make me happy client but when the owner came over, not sure of her name. Maybe misty, she tried to blame me for how my hair looked and after telling her, I know how my was before I came in, and this isn’t my fault. She got mad and kicked me out of the salon. I will never go anywhere else for a haircut or color. The staff is so friendly and professional, and I have always left the salon loving my hair, whether it was a simple trim and highlight or a little more extreme haircut. They are excellent, and if I could rate them even higher I would!
