Went in to have two distinct layers in my hair as they are different colors, didn’t get what I asked for told her to only shampoo my hair and nothing else and added a lot of other stuff. My hairstylist barely even spoke the whole time. Was definitely not impressed! Hairstyling, Haircut

Got a wax here, paid for a Brazilian wax and the person asked me how much hair I want removed and then asked how I usually position myself for the task. I would think a professional should know a Brazilian means to remove all hair, and they should know how to do it. Hair was removed in a really painful way, huge portions at a time instead of several small strips it was strips like 2 inches by 5 inches and she doesn’t hold the skin tight when pulling so I started doing so myself. It was the most painful wax I’ve ever gotten. I got home and noticed in the mirror that a TON of hair was left behind and some sections weren’t touched at all. I didn’t expect to have 100% of the hair removed as I hadn’t been waxed for a little while but even my very first time going a few years ago I didn’t have even a quarter of this much hair left behind. I have had much better luck waxing myself in my own bathroom. I was in a lot of pain for the rest of the day, which I’ve never experienced with other waxing professionals. The next morning I’m still in pain and when I looked I noticed I got an infection in all my hair follicles! I have only had this once before when I waxed myself at home and double dipped the sticks like an amateur, never had this problem with a pro. I would not recommend coming here for waxing. She was really nice and friendly and I was comfortable with her but I have to be honest about the service I received and considering how it turned out I cannot give a good review I will not be returning here, I’ll try Minot next time.

Wish I could say this was a great experience but it was not, the hairstylist was very hard on my hair. She pulled very hard, washed it really rough and was constantly in a hurry. She had horrible customer service skills and made some very rude comments. In the end, I had green hair and she didn’t even notice, I DID!! She sent me out with dye in my hair as well because I did not want greenish hair at all. I will not be coming back here.

Took my wife there to get her hair done and showed them a picture of how we wanted it dyed, they failed at all the coloring in her hair instead of making it layered in colors it is solid one color, worst $140 spent, if you cant do the job admit it so people can go to real professional people that can and not waist my time and money and make my wife upset. Dont go here for hair stylist or dying

I Love this place! I went in as a complete stranger and left feeling like family Debbie gives amazing facials and Brow Henna which is life changing and it is so relaxing and rejuvenating and it just uplifts you and brings out your inner glow They are so friendly and the place is so clean and it was an amazing spa like retreat that I needed and an amazing way to end 2019 This place has everything from Facials and Brow Henna with Debbie which is amazing and you must see her and try it and brings out your inner glow to start 2020 amazing , and they also do Nails, Hair cuts..colors..perms and so much more! Thank You for the amazing experience everyone and Debbie…I still feel like I’m glowing thank you sooooo much! Happy New Year everyone and dont forget to take some time to pamper yourself and find your “Inner Glow”
