I have never written a review before, but I decided to write one in case anyone is skeptical. I decided to wait a week after my appointment before writing this review and I must say, these ladies are amazing. This was my first time getting waxed and Kristyn made me feel so comfortable like we’ve known each other for years lol. The place is clean and beautiful and they are so professional. Since my appointment, I haven’t had any ingrown hair and my armpits are so smooth. I bought their “Soothing Treatment” for ingrown hair and hyperpigmentation and it’s amazing. Im definitely gonna be getting more. If anyone reading theses reviews, trust me, they’re all true. I’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone I know. Can’t wait for my next appointment.

First time visiting The Hair And Waxing Professionals. Love love love the atmosphere. Beautiful inside and very comfortable. They are professional and friendly. Oh and did I say close to home! They are in Lansdowne, Pa. Plenty of parking in a quiet residential neighborhood. Kristin and Valerie have owned and operated this shop for the past 7 years in Springfield. Moved to the Lansdowne location just recently. My daughter and I will be long standing customers!

I was sold based off of the reviews but after visiting I was sold. I got a maintenance Brazilian and a trim (for my actual hair) and I’ve never had better service. Kristyn is by far the best aesthetician I’ve had. Everything was quick, efficient and she was so pleasant. She’s my aesti-bestie now. *chefs kiss*
