Asked for 5 inches got over a foot cut off. Yes it looks nice (to other people) but I’m not happy. I can’t do any fancy braids anymore( that was one of the things I said “I still want it long I do lots of fancy braids”) well not anymore. Everyone was nice and friendly I left still in shock and now going through the 5 stages of grief. What I wanted vrs what I got. Yes my hair used to be long enough to do the one pic. It was over 3 feet long.

Had a wonderful experience, Renee is incredibly awesome. Highly recommended! There’s no shortage of salons in Youngsville, but The Hair Vault is the best for miles. They have a very welcoming atmosphere with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. It has a neat decor with quality chairs, wash stations, and dryers. No shortage of quality hair products for sale as well. I was honestly surprised by the acoustics, like it wasn’t as loud as a lot of other salons I’ve been to. I think I’ve found my new salon!

I have recently moved here from Denver and I don’t know about you, but as a woman, one of the most stressful things about moving is finding a place to cut and style your hair! I am so thankful for the Hair Vault! The atmosphere is amazing, and the team of employees are welcoming professionals. My hairdresser, Renee, is an amazing hair artist. Have used the Hair Vault for years and love them. I know another review mentioned a scheduling problem, but I have never had that when I call. They are typically a busy place and recommend you call to get established with a certain stylist so you can follow up with them for scheduling. Definitely worth a try and a great local place.

I love the Hair Vault ! They have always got me in quickly after I make the call for my appointment. I’ve had 2 of the stylist cut and color my hair, and I was happy with both of them although, I would trust anyone of the qualified staff with my hair.
