Excellent service!!! I was very fortunate that I got Keisha when calling for appointment. she took great care of me from the start. we booked appointment because I thought I needed to restart my Locs. when she got a hold of them instead of restarting them she fixed them. Wow is all I can say. she really blessed me! thank you so much you now have a new customer. I could have been a poster for the before and after i was told previously that my locs were damaged and couldn’t be fixed. thanks again you now have a permanent and very satisfied customer.

I wish there was more stars to add. I make it my business to go every 3 weeks for my locs. The ladies, especially my stylist Keisha are always fantastic in the services they provide. The atmosphere is always welcoming, I love it. They got skills, give them a try. Some times there is a wait but that should be confirmation on how good they are. Just saying.

I wish there was -1 star just to show how horrible of a service I got simply because I tried a new stylist. Owner of salon could ask me why did you try a new stylist ? Ma’am I tried your new hire cos I was told my stylist was busy and I will assume you should hire stylist that already know what they are doing not someone trying to figure it out. “Dear owner, my question to you is why hire an amateur that will ruin the reputation of the salon? Your stylist was suppose to trim my hair not cut my hair.

Service is great from the time you walk in the door everyone is welcoming it’s like a family feel. The Shampoo tech is great I love having my scalp scratched and my stylist Aquilah is the best she started my locs and gives great advice. GREAT SERVICE ALL THE WAY AROUND ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The stylist are courteous and friendly. Its also a relaxed atmosphere. This was my second time and I was in the chair on time and was there less than 3 hours which is nice. Especially love my styist Ms. Keisha. Thank you will definitely be back.

This is my second visit and it’s unlikely I will go anywhere else ever again. I love that you can make appointments online! I enjoyed my experience at the salon. I’m not rating it5 stars because my stylist waS late and my color wasn’t quite what I wanted. That being said, I was still out with a touch up, wash, and color within 3 hours on a Saturday. My locs weren’t stiff or weighed down and I didn’t have clips burning my head under the dryer, like some other places. I will definitely be back!
