I had a hair disaster from another salon and called The Hair Studio with a 911 emergency. Denise empathized and got me in immediately. Within an hour I was transformed! Denise was honest about what could be done with my over-processed, damaged, hair. She seriously performed a miracle. I drove three hours to have an experienced professional fix the awful mess that I had. I’ll continued to make the drive to see Denise.

After going to another place that messed up my hair I immediately went to The Hair Studio…they were fantastic. My hair was fixed, colored with natural ingredients. They were very professional,do fantastic work,very updated on techniques and trendy. I would highly recommend them. I have finally found a great place in New Braunfels to get my hair done.

My cut was AMAZING, the balayage was okay, not a big fan. Overall my hair looks good. They use all organic products, that you can only purchase at this ONE salon, which is cool but their shampoo apparently is the reason for my blonde hair looking SO bright and beautiful, like I asked. When I left I couldn’t even run my fingers through my hair it was so rough. Felt like she didn’t even use conditioner. I went home and washed my hair with professional shampoo, which she told me not to use since its full of wax? Never heard Redken or Pureology spoken bad of.. but okay. I get out of the shower & dry my hair & it’s a brassy yellow…. super misleading and disappointing.
