Critical: QualityI am a little disappointed in this haircut. The first time I went I had no complaints at all.. I think it was the owner or main lady that cut his hair… she did a great job… two on the sides and a issors to the top… but this time I went in and it was a really young girl. She literally buzzed his head… there were a few patchy spots I asked her to fix and she did so…. I guess I should have specified that I did NOT want a buzz cut…. I could have done that at home. I hate leaving bad reviews but…. really… I always tip but not today my friend. I will be making the 45 min drive to our old hairdresser unless I can guarantee the lady with the short brown hair and glasses… I’m sorry but not happy at allI am a little disappointed in this haircut. I went to The Hair Studio today as a walk-in. I am so very happy with all of my services and the wonderful atmosphere, here in my own hometown! Went in for a shampoo as my hair WAS past my backside..since I had broken my arm..it needed shampooing..and told her to trim the back up to my waist…when I walked out heartbroken…she trimmed it to just below my shoulders….paid and left..will NEVER go back. Haircut
