Lady that got on the phone acted like she didn’t wanna service my daughter at all. Forgot her name but she was like “oh that’s gonna be alot of work so idk if that’s something I wanna do. It’s going to be 3 hours. So idk.” I was like “ummm ma’am isn’t this your job? Isn’t this why you work there ??? Don’t worry about it ♀️ I’ll go patronize another business” I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service before in my life. Like wow I’m truly now away by her telling me she didn’t wanna do it because it was going to take too much of her time!!! Do better Hair Studio with who you hire!
