Had a scheduled appointment with Krystal. Waited a 1/2 hour so she could pick up her kid from school. She didn’t have the decency to call or text me to let me know. When she arrived she never once apologized. I sat through her complaints to a coworker of how tired she was and her answering her cell phone during my cut. She received another call and scheduled a client while completely ignoring me. Unbelievable. Never saw such horrible service.

If you cannot do a fade then say you can’t. This is the worst haircut I have every received and I have had my head shaved at basic military training. I just hate when they aren’t honest with you. If you can’t do it then say you can’t. I will be wearing a hat for the next couple weeks.
